I build production software for business operations, the kind that keeps records clean, approvals moving, reports accurate, and handoffs from getting lost.

Most projects start with a process the team already knows but still has to carry by hand. I map how the work actually moves, where it slows down, which rules matter, and what should happen when something breaks. Then I turn it into a system with clear records, clear steps, and fewer places for mistakes to hide.

The standard is simple. The right thing should be easy to do.

The parts people notice least are often the parts that matter most. Permissions have to be clear. Failures need a way back. The risky parts need tests. When something needs attention, the system should say so before the team has to go looking.

I am most useful when important work is stuck in spreadsheets, inboxes, patched-together tools, or people’s heads.
